I design and support automation and collaboration solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, with a focus on Office 365 security and Microsoft Defender for Office 365. My work includes securing email, collaboration workloads, and automating operational processes.
Designed and implemented a self-service automation solution to streamline SharePoint site provisioning within a Microsoft 365 environment. The solution allows users to request new sites through PowerApps, validates site URLs, captures ownership details, and automates site creation using Power Automate.
As part of the solution, Office 365 security controls and Microsoft Defender for Office 365 policies were reviewed and configured to ensure secure email and collaboration workloads, aligning with organizational security standards.
The automation reduced manual administrative effort, improved request turnaround time, and ensured consistent governance and security across newly created collaboration sites.
